Key Responsibilities:
- Review quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and investor reporting in accordance with IFRS and INREV reporting requirements
- Oversee the completion of all Lux GAAP statutory reporting requirements
- Review all schedules and supplementary information required by investor side letter arrangements and consultant requests
- Reconcile accounting results to cash basis for portfolio management
- Review project models and reconcile with the accounting packages
- Liaise with auditors and tax advisors on all transactions and technical reporting matters
- Coordinate with country teams to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting Deadlines
- Manage all capital call and distributions requests and calculation
- Coordination of board activitie
- Supervise and coach a team of accountan
- Support the co-ordination and review of the fund’s quarterly independent valuations
Profile:
- University degree with an emphasis in accounting, business or economics
- CPA or ACCA qualifications (or equivalent)
- Manager level experience with a Big 4 accounting firm or manager level experience with a rapidly growing real estate firm
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position
- Experience with real estate acquisitions and tax structuring
- Highly numerate with a strong skillset in representing the concepts of real estate investment accurately and efficiently in Excel form.
- Understanding of the conceptual framework of real estate investment and investment management more broadly
- Experience and understanding of AIFM reporting and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of the MS Office suite, most particularly Excel, but also PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent communication skills with confident fluency in written and spoken English. Other languages are not required, but other European languages would be beneficial

Main Tasks:
- Assist in preparing various regulatory reporting documents relating to CSSF, BCL, CBI, FCA
- Respect the deadlines of production regarding the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual
- Keep updated the regulatory reporting calendar by coordinating the review of such overview with Compliance and external providers
- Be the point of contact for fund teams in relation to the Transfer Agency activities
Process all requests for transactions including - Capital Calls, Subscriptions, Redemptions, Distributions, Transfers etc.
- Maintain and optimize Transfer Agency related processes, workflows, systems, and tools.
- Manage document repository system. Make sure Investors and transaction related documents such as Subscription Agreements, Capital call notices, Investor statement, TA Checks, etc. are complete, accurate, and up to date
- Maintain the investors/share/unitholders register and ensure availability at any point in time, by recording capital events and commitments in real time
- Reconciling cash entries with capital events and promptly escalate to management any breaks or non-compliance instances (e.g. third-party payments)
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders such as Fund teams, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, 3rd party service providers, etc.
- Apply diligence, attention to detail, and respect deadlines
Skills required:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business/management, economics or audit
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position in Luxembourg
- Knowledge of transfer agency concept within Real Estate
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word)
- Understanding of investment fund administration process
- Able to provide work of high and consistent quality, often with tight deadlines
- Commitment to self-improvement
- Curious mind with the ability to grasp concepts in a short period of time

Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients basé au Luxembourg un Team Assistant
Key responsibilities:
- Support Finance Director with all administrative tasks (including but not limited to):
- Organizing meetings/conferences including but not limited to preparing and collecting support materials
- Producing expense reports
- Coordinating documents for signature (wet ink or DocuSign/smartsheet), including communication with external parties
- Quality control of documents produced by different teams
- Assistance in setting up/creating powerpoint, excel and word templates for certain reports
- Gather documents for coordination with external counsel
- Tracking the status of documents being circulated
- Liaising with other country teams and internal departments
- Other office related matters: printing, filing, archiving
- Interaction with Luxembourg Asset Management Team
- Point of contact to accounting service provider
- Back up other Team Assistants when necessary
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Fluent in English. German and/or French would be helpful.
- Strong knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Office—Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge using Smartsheet would be an asset.
- Ability to work well managing multiple deadlines and managers
- Ability to multitask
- Luxembourg/International Funds administrative experience desired
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Main Tasks:
- Be responsible for day to day accounting activities and month end closing process
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and identify any required adjustments
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports

Profile:
