Mission :
Accueillir et orienter les visiteurs avec professionnalisme et courtoisie
Gérer les appels téléphoniques entrants et sortants
Coordonner les réservations de salles de réunion
Assurer la réception et la distribution du courrier et des colis
Maintenir l’espace de réception propre et accueillant
Collaborer avec les autres départements pour assurer une communication fluide
Traiter les demandes des clients et des visiteurs de manière efficace
Gérer les tâches administratives quotidiennes, telles que la mise à jour des bases de données
Profil :
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, toute autre langue est un plus
Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnel
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches de manière efficace
Sens du détail et de l’organisation
Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire de préférence dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie ou de la restauration
Connaissance des outils informatiques
Attitude positive et esprit d’équipe
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
Main tasks:
Oversight and management of the Luxembourg paralegal team, currently consisting of two paralegals.
Responsibility for the relationship with third party corporate administrators to ensure appropriate processes are in place and excellent service delivery to support corporate governance
Collaborate closely with other teams in Luxembourg, Europe and the US to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of investment management funds and joint ventures.
Undertake strategic projects to improve corporate governance and instigate new legal processes in Luxembourg.
Prepare and hold training sessions as needed on Luxembourg corporate governance and other related topics.
Oversee and support the Luxembourg paralegal team responding to KYC requests, opening bank accounts, preparing structure charts and organizing board meetings
Profile:
- At least 5 years of relevant, professional experience (i.e. in similar or related tasks to the ones above) and at least 2 years’ experience in managing a team
- The candidate must be fluent in English. German and/or French would be advantageous.
- Experience as senior paralegal in a law firm, corporate legal function, or service provider.
- Experience working within a corporate legal function in Luxembourg would be beneficial.
- Experience with regulated and non-regulated Luxembourg structures.
- Experience with Luxembourg real estate funds is an advantage.

Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients basé au Luxembourg un Senior Director Compliance M/F
Main Tasks:
Acting as Conducting Officer for Compliance and Anti-Money-Laundering (“CO”) for the AIFM
Acting as RC for AIFM, other Manco’s as well as (regulated and unregulated) investment vehicles, including presenting all relevant RC reporting to the Conducting Officers and Boards
Overseeing the Compliance Program
Preparing and delivering compliance training programmes for Luxembourg employees including those of AIFM branches in Germany and Spain;
Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and identify consequences for the operations of Luxembourg or the AIFM including those of AIFM branches in Germany and Spain;Providing advice to the Conducting Officers and Boards to build risk and compliance awareness;
Preparing, maintaining and monitoring the implementation of Compliance and AML/CTF policies and procedures with regards to the operations of the AIFM
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree + 5 years studies or equivalent
- A minimum of eight years’ “hands-on” experience in a comparable position in the Luxembourg investment management or investment funds industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French, German or Italian beneficial
- Previous experience as a Conducting Officer Compliance/AML for a Luxembourg AIFM a distinct advantage
- Ability to communicate and represent Compliance at senior level, e.g. with Board of Directors for Funds as well as AIFM and Manco’s
- Excellent analytical and flowcharting skills
- Ability to understand regulatory changes and to identify opportunities and risks to operations
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Excel a distinct advantage
Main Tasks:
- Preparing, maintaining and monitoring the implementation of Compliance and AML/CTF policies and procedures
- Identifying compliance risks and assess the potential consequences
- Preparing and delivering compliance training programmes
- Liaising with regulatory agencies
Profile:
- Fluent in English, another language would be an asset
- A minimum of 3 years compliance experience, experience in the investment management or investment funds industry and experience in Real Estate would be a distinct advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
